Well, it was a comfortable stay during our Kerala vacation. Had good and unbeatable location right next to central mall. And it was also just off the centre of Cochin, and Ernakulam North and South railway station.

My room was silent and large, nothing to complain about. Location: the hotel was not far from shopping area n other tourists place, branded stores and the center of city.

Exceptionally nice and ideal location for our visit to Center Square Mall just a short stroll away from the hotel. Near a cinema and restaurants.

Particularly good and unbeatable location, next to a mall, the hotel was in the middle of the city.

The room is exceptional and spacious with great amenities.

silent rooms, absolutely clean bathrooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. the english breakfast with outstanding food, pleasant restaurant. a very comfortable building in the middle of kochi.

The setting was STUNNING, just off the Restaurant and the ladies in the Reception, the airport before breakfast and a shopping mall handy. It also was near ferry to catch boat to go to Fort Cochin.

Enjoyed that the hotel was modern and had very caring and helpful staff from the doorman and the receptionist. The restaurant was good for breakfast, I tried tasty dishes. Had a minibar and a writing desk. The location was very central, great for a cinema and a college located near the property. Near a cinema and restaurants, it was a bonus.

It offered us perfect and exceptionally nice location close to a subway station. The restaurant was good for evening meals, we ordered excellant dishes.

No complaints, the venue met requirements, recommend it. Enjoyed the place, had a very enjoyable stay for one night. The location to a cinema and a college set near the hotel was perfect and nice;))

Top-class room with a big bed and an excellent internet. Perfect location to a law college. Based close enough to the center of city, and Metro and other landmarks nearby.

The hotel was in a magnificent location just next door to Ernakulam kerala, fort kochi and the central bus station. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Ernakulam district. Western cuisine was served in the a la carte restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was ideal, situated on a busy road away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel lacked any restaurants, but this didn't bother us as we found plenty of dining options within walking distance. The overall atmosphere was beautiful, and the eye-catching lift added a touch of elegance to our experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The service was top-notch, with room service and car hire available. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a terrace, where we enjoyed a relaxing evening. we highly recommend this place to everyone.

The staff quickly made up for it with their courteous and polite demeanor.

The front office staff was very helpful.

We were given only one electronic key while checking in and were told it is the rule. Whose rule?It is simply not practical when two people stay in one room. We were given the second one once we explained the problem.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and pretty friendly, offered excellent services. The breakfasts were gorgeous and adequate with omelette and both traditional and South Indian dishes.
